The Customers shall not disclose to any other person, in any manner whatsoever, any information relating to Apna Sahakari Bank Ltd. or its affiliates of confidential nature obtained in the course of availing the services through the website. Failure to comply with this obligation shall be deemed a serious breach of the terms herein and shall entitle Apna Sahakari Bank Ltd. or its affiliates to terminate the services, without prejudice to any damages, to which the customer may be entitled otherwise.

The customer authorises Apna Sahakari Bank Ltd. to use the information to carry out any obligation related to its business relationship with the Bank. The customer shall be responsible for the safe custody and security of the Mobile Banking Application downloaded on their mobile phones to avoid unauthorised usage.
Information that bank may collect about you through mobile banking includes information that you voluntarily disclose at the time of application such as your name, primary a/c number, alias a/c, secondary account number/s, mobile number and other contact information; transaction information, information resulting from your mobile activity in terms of your usage of the subscribed mobile banking service. We do not gather additional information associated with your mobile device through cookies and other technologies. Customer expressly authorises the bank to disclose the mobile/sms service provider information in its possession as may be required by them to provide the services to the customer
Transactions initiated through Mobile banking application are irrevocable. The customer shall be solely responsible/ liable for any loss, claim, liability arising therefrom and or incidental thereto

Limitation of Liability
Bank shall not be held liable and shall be absolved from all liabilities whatsoever for any loss caused to the customer due to any reason beyond the control of the bank, the Bank is unable to receive or execute any of the request from the customer or there is loss of information during the process of transmission or processing , which may include technology failure, mechanical breakdown, interruption, suspension or failure of telecommunication equipment
