Eligibility	Salaried persons with one year confirmed service I Other than salaried having regular source of income (previous 2 Years ITR filed regularly)
CIBIL	700+ Above
Ownership of Residence	Owned by Borrower or spouse or Borrower's Father/ Mother/ Pagdi
Maximum Repayment period	12/24 Months PDC/ ECS should be insisted.
Rate of Interest	ROI - 11% p.a.
Processing	1.00%
Existing terms & conditions as per Bank Policy	All other terms and conditions will continue as per Bank policy in place - As Applicable
