Who can Avail this Loan Any account holder who is a Salaried employee / Businessman / Professional with repaying capacity
Loan Features

Maximum Limit : Rs.2.00 Lakhs

Repayment Period : Maximum 60 to 84 equated monthly instalments

Eligibility: a. 1 year operation in account
b. Minimum 5 years (Permanent) service

Repayment Capacity : 1/4th take home salary after deduction of loan instalment (All Loans)

b. N.S.C
c. Kisan Vikas Patra
d. Fixed Deposit. Recurring Dep.
Rate of Interest

Women : 13%

Others    : 14%

  • Duly filled Loan form
  • Account Statement / Passbook for verification
  • Other Bank account statement if any
  • One Photograph of Borrower & Guarantors
  • Income proof for last three years if businessman / current 3 months payslips if salary earner, form no 16 of last year
  • Ration card of borrower and Guarantors
  • Aadhar card of borrower and Guarantors
  • Electricity Bill of borrower and Guarantors 
  • Membership – Borrower and guarantor
  • NOC letter from House/ office owner (If loan availed for House/office repairs)
  • Quotation for House/ office repairs-renovation
  • CIBIL Report
Charges
  • Service Charges 1.00% for Loan upto 1 lakh
  • Service Charges 1.20% for loan above 1lakhs
  • Shares of 2.5% of Loan sanction amount for borrower and guarantors Rs. 2000/- each, in case of loan amount greater than 1 lakh
  • All the charges applicable as per Bank Policy
